Candidates should have achieved a minimum of 50% in their higher secondary (10+2) or an equivalent exam. and Candidates must possess a valid CRR number from the Rehabilitation Council of India and have completed a D.El.Ed. in Special Education from a Council-recognized institution. Or Candidates must have a D.El.Ed. or an equivalent Diploma in Special Education from a Rehabilitation Council of India-recognized institution, along with a valid CRR (Central Rehabilitation Register) number issued by the Council. Or Six months of specialized training in the field of cross-disability. Or Must have successfully passed the BSSTET Paper I Exam under the Special School Teacher Eligibility Test, 2023.
